We source our ingredients from local farms and producers as often as possible. Our seasonal rotating menu offers variety sure to please the whole crew!

What makes a bev?
We have blended to excellence, a delicious concoction that begins with one part kombucha & one part kefir soda. Why you ask? Both are probiotic belly yum yum drinks that help you feel good and bring more goodness to your gut! Made up of billions of probiotic healthy bacteria that TASTE refreshing and are healing. To mix up the flavs and add some excitement we throw a dash of some folk- remedy shrubs. Layering on more belly yum yums from the local ACV (apple cider vinegar) that is used to process High on Acid (our proprietary line of "shrub" syrups)



Our Process
All of our bevs are processed the old fashioned way.
Beginning with some silky jasmine silver-tip sweet tea.
Add it to the MOTHER! aka Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria & Yeast (SCOBY!)
Let them do their thing for about a week.
We double and triple filter, individually dose each bottle with flava, and get ready to share with you!
